Michael Dequine and Associates, Inc. is a professional land surveying corporation headquartered in Sacramento, California. We provide a variety of different services including field surveys to establish property boundaries, topographic surveys using aerial as well as conventional methods, design surveys, bathymetric surveys, and Planning Department applications and processing for land divisions, Condominiums, and other entitlements. We also provide field surveys for construction staking and we prepare and process Parcel Maps, Subdivision Maps, Record of Survey Maps, and numerous other types of maps as may be required. We also provide Project Management services to assist our clients in accomplishing their goals.
