Oroville Industrial Park

The Oroville Industrial Park project is located in the City of Oroville, in Butte County, California. Michael Dequine and Associates, Inc. provided field surveys for aerial photography to create color ortho-photos including one foot contours. Record boundary calculations were performed as well as computation of easement locations and a comprehensive constraints map was compiled. Conceptual lotting studies were performed and we submitted an application for a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the approximately 200 acre site into 53 industrial lots and 4 open space lots. Application documents included a lot and street layout, grading plan, utilities plan, and Planned Unit Development Standards. The average lot size is slightly over 3 acres with anticipated public sewer and water provided on site.

The project includes a network of proposed new roadways which will be designed to City standards including a new 110-foot wide major arterial roadway that will serve as an important north-south connector through the City of Oroville.
